In all honestly I most often get hired to help organizations develop a logic model because a grant requires one and the org sees it as just one more hoop to jump through...but logic models are actually really useful tools and if you find yourself developing one, don’t create it just to create it, create it to use it. I know theories of change and logic models may seem like buzzwords that are over your head but they really don’t have to be confusing or complex so let me break them down for you.
