  • STEP 1: Overarching Purpose: We need to get clear on what desired result you are trying to achieve, for who, and why. We then determine the best vehicles for change and headline indicators for success (metrics that let your know you're accomplishing your mission).
  • STEP 2, 3 & 4: The Vehicles: We go through each vehicle for change and determine how does each help you accomplish your mission?  Then we map out key performance indicators for each vehicle and key activities you need to focus on in order to be successful. We also articulate why each vehicle matters - a bold statement helping stakeholders understand the impact of your programs.
  • Step 5: Operations: Finally we determine what marketing, administrative and development support is needed to accomplish our mission. This is where staffing, fundraising, and other operational key activities and key performance indicators go.
