No, seriously, out of all the organizations I could give to, why should I care about yours...what makes yours so special?

Now, before you get defensive, you gotta admit, it's a good question.

You owe it to the mission you serve to have a good answer to this question and the truth is, I KNOW you are special and unique and have a secret sauce that makes you the definite choice for donors and other supporters, but you need to make them know it. 

That's why during my Impact Roadmap strategy sessions I ask, "what sets you apart," and I work with organizations to make a rock-solid, succinct statement that includes four key elements to ensure they stand out from the loud crowd begging for money.
